Prince George Community Association, Inc. property owners voted decisively on May 19, 2018 to amend the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Prince George in several respects including establishing a minimum rental term of one year. This rental provision will become effective January 1, 2019, after which any new or preexisting rental contracts or arrangements must have a term of no less than one year. This effectively means that short- term rentals of less than one year will not be allowed after December 31, 2018. The Rental restriction also prohibits any form of home exchange or home swap programs.
